( FAQ ) Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between interior design and coordinating renovation works?

Interior design is about the layout, materials and atmosphere of a space. Coordinating renovation works means we organise the entire execution: planning, tradespeople and timing. At Reno Geerinck we offer both, together or separately, so you have a single point of contact from design to delivery.

Can I renovate without an architect?

For many renovations and redesigns you can come to us directly, without an architect. If your project does need a permit or an architect, we'll gladly work with them or put you in touch with the right partner.

What does an interior design or a full renovation cost?

The price depends on the scope of your project, the materials chosen and whether you want just the design or also the coordination. After a no-obligation first conversation, we draw up a transparent proposal, so you know up front where you stand.

Which region do you work in?

Reno Geerinck works for clients throughout Flemish Brabant and Brussels, from interior design to the full coordination of your renovation. Not sure whether your project falls within our service area? Just get in touch and we'll look into it together.

How does a collaboration with Reno Geerinck work, step by step?

Every collaboration runs in four steps: introduction, design, coordination and delivery. If the design already exists, for example via an architect or interior architect, we step in at the coordination stage. That way you always know where you stand and we keep the overview of your whole project together.

Can I get just the interior design or just the coordination?

Yes. You can come to us for the entire process from design to build, but just as easily for only the interior design or only the coordination of your works. You decide how far our collaboration goes.

How long does an average renovation or redesign take?

The lead time depends on the scope of the works and the availability of materials and tradespeople. After a first conversation we'll give you a realistic estimate of the timing. For smaller jobs we can often move faster than you'd expect.

What's the difference between a full renovation and a partial renovation?

With a full renovation we tackle the entire home, from layout to finish. A partial renovation focuses on one room or element, such as a kitchen, bathroom or living area. We guide both, depending on what your home needs.

How do I know what budget I need for my project?

During the first conversation we discuss your wishes and your budget. Based on that, we give honest advice on what's feasible and where your money is best spent. So you know up front where you stand.

Do you also work with sustainable or high-quality bespoke materials?

Yes. We choose materials that are beautiful, long-lasting and suited to the way you live. Bespoke work and considered material choices are a fixed part of every design.
